From 3 March to 29 June 2022, the theme at BRIDGE is “Asian Spring”. Together with guest chef Vinh Truong, the bistro team has created a menu that makes the taste of Vietnam a real treat. In the Market on the upper floor, foodies will find authentic products from all over Asia and new recipe inspirations. The OFFCUT scenography with sculptures and video installations allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Vietnamese floating markets.
