Where does the name BEETNUT come from? A word that stands for many things. For plantbased, for nutritious and healthy. BEET (English for beetroot) stands for the plant-based component, which plays a central role in our cuisine with its many nutrients and vitamins. NUT, on the other hand, stands for the use of vegetable proteins from nuts and seeds. They are healthy, full of nutrients and rich in fibre. BEETNUT stands for fresh, crunchy foods and fine superfoods, or quite simply – for healthy enjoyment.
