Franziska Witschi studied biology in Bern and completed a program in literary writing in Zurich. As a biologist, she creates habitats, greens cities, and frees rivers from their constraints. In her writing, she moves between poetry and prose. In 2023, she received a literary grant from the Canton of Bern, and in 2024 she was invited to the Nature Writing workshop of the Foundation for Art and Nature. She is a member of the executive board and program committee of the Literaare literary festival and the owner of B\u00fcro Witschi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
