Sami Khouri takes over the gastronomy in the former Kulturhaus Kosmos as interim use for nine months. The “Khouris” opens on 28 September. The concept: A family restaurant with Middle Eastern cuisine. So, uncomplicated delicacies like pita bread topped with minced meat – Arabic pizza! -, hummus, falafel and much more. Sami Khouri is a well-known city restaurateur (Palestine Grill, Les Halles, Samigo Amusement), locally based and specialised in interim uses. That’s why the interior will also be something very special. Sami Khouri has quite a bit of material in his decorating trove to design the rooms in unusual ways and create atmosphere. Enjoy the surprises!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the way: Also on 28 September, the inauguration of “Frame” will take place right next door. The Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) is programming the former Kosmos cinema halls for the first time and all year round. Spoundation Motion Picture AG, the marketing and event agency of the ZFF, is responsible for the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
