Grandma already said to me as a child: “Water, light and good soil – soon your little plant will praise you”. She always made a point of keeping her beds in good shape in the first weeks of spring. In our course you will learn why she cared for her flower beds and which old gardening wisdom still applies today. A lot of old knowledge is still relevant today and simplifies work in the urban garden. In spring we focus on the start of the gardening season and process the first spring flowers into a tasty pesto.
- How Grosi starts the gardening season: bed preparation, pruning, sowing and caring for seeds
- Learning to interpret the weather and the signs of the plants and receiving recommendations for action
- Get to know wild herbs
- Processing the first signs of spring
