To all epicureans: from 8 September it’s that time again. That’s when the 7th edition of FOOD ZURICH, Europe’s third-largest food festival with over 100 events in and around Zurich, kicks off. For 11 days, there will be the opportunity to discover, enjoy and experience something new around the theme of “Culinary Future” – from healthy to plant-based, brutally local to trends from all over the world. And the focus is always on sustainability.

FOOD ZURICH will stop at various locations from 8 to 18 September. The festival centre is once again located in Europaallee, at Europaplatz right next to Zurich main station. Here, exciting restaurateurs will present their surprising creations. There will also be cooking sessions, talks and workshops and, of course, refreshing drinks at the bar. All around, the FOOD ZURICH city garden with eight green oases full of useful plants invites you to linger and at the same time provides inspiring ideas. Another highlight in Europaallee is on the programme for Saturday, 10 September: the Slow Food Market. At more than 60 stands you can taste, discuss with passionate producers and, of course, buy.
