FOOD ZURICH is more than just a festival. The 9th edition from 6 to 16 June will once again be held under the motto «Culinary Future». Whether events, workshops, markets, food tours or talks – FOOD ZURICH brings people together, lets them enjoy, discover new things and learn with relish.

There’s a lot going on here again: in two workshop kitchens, a wide variety of events are sliced and sizzled, including tastings and daily kitchen jam sessions. The Slow Food Market on Saturday, 9 June will be another highlight in Europaallee. You can taste, discuss and buy at over 70 stands. A journey of discovery for the stomach and heart.

The Foodsave Banquet will once again take place as part of FOOD ZURICH and will be held at the Festival Centre. A whole day will also be dedicated to the topic of Foodsave on 14 June.
