With robotization, with offshoring, and at the latest with digital transformation, we need a new approach to learning: New Learning, the learning of the 21st century.

New Learning is based on three perspectives and three characteristics:

• Individual: self-determined; taking my talents and competencies into account throughout my life.
• Team: collaborative; allowed and encouraged error culture; co-creative
• Organization: networked; values-oriented; people & skills management

New Learning creates analog and digital learning – so-called blended learning – which enables optimal learning conditions according to the situation and the people. Learning is understood as a process of try, fail and learn.
